Michael Ramage, Murray State University

Michael Ramage is the Director of the Center for Telecommunications Systems Management (CTSM) at Murray State University (MSU) where he leads CTSM in conducting research in a variety of technology sectors, serving as a liaison between the academic and private sectors and teaching in the TSM program. He earned his Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science from Murray State University, and holds an Information Assurance Graduate Education Certificate from Purdue University. Before returning to academia, he served in a variety of roles including project manager, executive director and director of product development for a national technology non-profit being the recipient of numerous multi-million dollar grants. ramage

Ray Steele, Ph.D., (University of Pittsburgh) is the founding Director of the Center for Information and Communication Sciences at Ball State University in Indiana. A Frank Stanton Fellow with the International Radio and Television Society in New York, he was the first academic to receive the Pfister Award from the Business Industry Consulting Services Organization (BICSI) and the University of South Florida. Dr. Steele was instrumental in developing two graduate academic programs in the telecommunications field, first at the University of Pittsburgh and later at Ball State University. Most recently he received the Cyberstar award in Indiana for his contributions to technology in academe and serves on several national and international executive boards. .

Philip Campbell, Ohio University

Philip Campbell (MS, SUNY – Stony Brook) is an Associate Professor of Information and Telecommunication Systems at Ohio University. His primary teaching duties include general telecom for non-majors, Network Security, Encrypted Communication, and Voice Applications / Call Centers. He is Associate Director for Undergraduate Studies of the McClure School of Information and Telecommunication Systems and formerly served as the School’s Director. Research interests center on delay tolerant networking and network security. Prior to his academic career, Campbell held numerous positions in the software development industry including Director of Development, Project Manager, and Systems Programmer.
