2016 Distinguished Service Award to Purdue’s Ray Hansen

Professor Raymond Hansen of Purdue University has received the 2016 ITERA Distinguished Service Award. As a Clinical Assistant Professor teaching, he is currently teaching Network Engineering Technology in the Department of Computer and Information Technology.

Hansen has a long record of service to ITERA, having served multiple terms as Vice President and Conference Chair and as President.

Professor Hansen has received other awards for Undergraduate Teaching, Outstanding Faculty in Learning, and Distinguished Contributing Author. He is currently interested in network engineering and design, administration and management, and security of enterprise networks.
